Roles and Responsibilities
- To Prepare Career development Plan and develop the learning intervention along with competency analysis.
- To execute the development initiatives for high potential employees
- To collect Training need identification (TNI) for all Staff employees & validate it with HODs in Month of March / April every year.
- To do the Training need analysis (TNA) of the compiled needs to segregate them into
- technical & non-technical trainings, along with most frequently identified trainings after discussion with HODs.
- Prepare annual tentative training calendar in April / May. Release of monthly training calendar.
- To interface between company and various training agencies, Plan and co-ordinate the training.
- To liaise with training agencies for ensuring effective trainings as per agreed schedules. To negotiate costs with the agencies.
- To Maintain the training records as per ISO procedure. To check effective use of HR Align portal for Training process and if required develop the same.
- To measure collect the training effectiveness from supervisors / HODs after 6 months after the training.
- To prepare effective OJT for all new joinees from date of joining till 1 month or 3 months in case of GET / DET
- To refine T & D Processes in terms of good practices / automation / effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR with 4 to 8 years of experience in which min 4 years exp. in Learning & Development
