Roles and Responsibilities
1. Should be specialized in hiring Junior /Mid / Senior positions domestic and International
2. Should able to manage recruitment for different departments /functions Sales / Marketing / Finance / SCM / Operations / R&D / Other Corporate and Plant Requirements
3. Mapping, Sourcing, Validating, Short listing, coordinate with HOD and closing the position with right candidate with focus on TAT.
4. Campus / Off campus recruitment drive
5. Maintain recruitment related documents / MIS
6. Coordination with the short listed candidates through diverse approach of interview with functional heads.
7. Execute the onboarding activities i.e seating arrangement, mobile SIM, awareness
