Roles and Responsibilities
To achieve AOP/ QOP/ MOP for Southern Region :
- Making excellent relationship with customer
- Achieve Spares & service sales target
- Timely collection of payment.
-Setting and achieving AOP/ QOP/ MOP targets
To facilitate effective co-ordination among RO employees:
- Improve employee engagement through people initiatives
Frequent visit to customer and follow ups
To generate market intelligence
Assess competitor and market information and share with relevant managers within KEPL
To adhere to budgets
Maintaining the Southern ROs expenses as budgeted
To assess and gain new markets and customers
- Identify & Visit Untapped customer
Identify new projects comes in respective region
To organize customer events
Organise various customer events and trainings in the region
Payment Collection & C form
Timely and full payment collection.

BE Mech. / DME with 7 to 9 years in Pump industry
